Licensing ChatLiner and related products based on Digital Chip Card Locker ("DCCL") technology for use in your own projects costs $6,000 per year.

Licensing ChatLiner and related product based on Digital Chip Card Locker ("DCCL") technology to send and receive digital telegrams via our website costs $240 per year.
You can pay $20 monthly, $60 quarterly, $120 half-yearly, or $240 annually.
Payment via wire transfer is recommended. Please contact us so that we can send you the necessary instructions.
The alternative way is to pay via PayPal.
After the payment has been made, you will receive a PIN that you should keep secret. The PIN is for your personal and private use only.
You will associate the PIN with your username and thus gain access to the digital telegram exchange based on DCCL technology.
There are no additional costs or hidden fees. Customer support is guaranteed.

#Permission to use
Any Licensee who obtains a copy of the program code available at https://dccl.rs/js/dccl.js and the accompanying documentation is hereby permitted to copy, modify and/or merge portions of the code or the code in its entirety in accordance with the terms of the Licensing Agreement and provided that the code is implemented within the Licensee's own projects and services.
This work is registered under number A-2025/0425 with the Intellectual Property Office, an institution within the state administration system of the Republic of Serbia responsible for issues related to industrial property rights, copyright and related rights.
